The conference venue will be the Hilton Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia, which is conveniently located to Reagan National Airport (DCA), the Metro, many restaurants and shops, and all the sight-seeing that Washington, DC and the surrounding area has to offer.
The special room rate of $159 nightly will be available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. Discounted parking rates will be $15 per day. Hilton Honorsmembers also receive special considerations at the hotel, so if you aren't a member you might want to consider joining. Reservation links and additional registration information will be available in 2018.
We are also working on details for special fundraising incentives that will allow families to earn conference registrations and hotel rooms as rewards in hopes of making the conference more affordable for everyone. Stay tuned for more as plans are finalized.
