Conferences
The Glut1 Deficiency Foundation held its first family conference in 2009 and the eigh in 2017. Conferences are now held every 2 years, and the G1D Foundation will host its inaugural Scientific Meeting in 2021.
These conferences are an important part of the Foundation’s educational mission and give patients, families, caregivers, researchers, and medical professionals the unique opportunity to come together to meet, share, and learn.
You may find past conference information below, including conference summaries, photos, and presentation slides.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, our 2021 Scientific and Family Conferences have been postponed until 2022. We will host virtual meetings in Summer 2021. More information will be coming soon....
