Glut1 Deficiency and Lafora Epilepsy Collaborations

We were honored to have attended the Lafora Disease Science Symposium and meet the resilient and courageous families and learn from their scientific community – especially in areas where our diseases intersect in brand new discoveries involving glycans, glycogen, and glycosylation. Enormous credit goes to our Science Advisor, Dr. Matt Gentry, for his collaborative work in both diseases. Meredith Williams is shown presenting her poster on some of those disease similarities.
