New Citizen AI Advocate App

I wanted to share some information about a new mobile app launched by Citizen Health in case it may be helpful for you and your family.
Through our partnership with Citizen Health, individuals who are enrolled in the Citizen Health digital Natural History Study now have access to their recently launched mobile app, Citizen Health.
When downloaded to your phone, the app includes a feature called AI Advocate, which can record your medical appointments. AI Advocate captures the conversation and generates a transcript along with a clear summary and suggested next steps.
Within the app, users can access the medical records they have requested, use the AI Advocate feature, and view related information directly from their phone.
The app is currently available in the U.S. for iPhone users, with Android and international availability expected in the future. It can be downloaded from the App Store using this link.
Features include:
- Preparing for appointments with organized questions based on your care history
- Recording the full conversation and receiving a transcript
- Reviewing a summary that highlights key decisions and next steps
- Securely storing information alongside your medical records
